The importance of the Surface Based Air and Missile Defence Mission has increased significantly over the last few years. Therefore, both our Sponsoring Nations are truly committed to jointly develop knowledge, skills and capabilities in the field of Sea- and Land-based Air and Missile Defence. CC SBAMD, as one of four pillars of the German-Dutch cooperation in the field of SBAMD, provides premier joint expertise, operational level capabilities and training capacities to our Sponsoring Nations, NATO HQ’s, allies and partners for advancing the SBAMD Mission within the Integrated Air and Missile Defence domain.
